Before you order
Compare the model name, color, wheels and other selected options with the scooter you want. Product buttons open the selected item in a new tab. Confirm its final price, delivery estimate, seller and return terms there before ordering.
Delivery, returns and product support
Open the order in the account used at checkout. Use its tracking information for delivery updates and its seller-contact or return options for help. Keep the order number, model name and photographs of any issue ready.
Return periods and warranty terms depend on the purchase and selected product. Check the terms shown with your order and retain the supplied documentation. This website does not process orders, payments or returns.
Assembly and care
Follow the manual supplied with your exact scooter. Check the model label, included parts, folding mechanism, brakes and tires before riding. Use the specified charger and maintenance instructions. If the product is damaged or differs from the order, contact the seller before using it.
